The staff at Confident Smiles and Implants O’Fallon, are just amazing! Tammy will greet you with a smile and take care of the billing while Kim takes you back, gets you comfortable for the dentist. These ladies are so sweet and gracious with every patient and understand the dentist can be intimidating for some. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable on what is taking place. Then there is Dr. Astani… and oh my goodness….she is so gentle, patient and over all wonderful at what she does. Dr. Astani not only brought my confidence back by fixing my smile but she also took the time to make sure ALL the work she was going to be doing was okay by me. She cares tremendously about her patience and when you are in her care, hands down, you will be given “the white glove” treatment. This dentist and staff are just AMAZING.

I was very pleased with my visit today to the dentist. Everyone was very friendly and made me comfortable when I was nervous. I was grateful for the extra time they spent with me checking everything out and explaining what they were doing. I was very grateful that they did the check for cancer. I found my dental home coming to Confident Smiles and Dental Implants. The care I received here is second to none. Dr. Sultan took his time doing my exam, reviewing my x-rays with me and answering all of my questions, and the hygienist, Ashley, did an amazing and thorough job cleaning my teeth. I had a life-long fear of Dentists due to those who previously never fully addressed my low pain threshold and anxiety during treatment. NOT ANYMORE! Dr. Sultan and his Team treated me with RESPECT and EMPATHY from my initial phone call through both of my first two of several more visits. Every person has been friendly, knowledgeable in their particular job. One Amazing associate worked with me entirely on Coordination of Benefits between my two insurance plans to insure maximum coverage and minimum out of pocket expense to myself! Of COURSE, she PATIENTLY sat down with me and reviewed each charge, line by line, with their corresponding expected reimbursement amounts. WHAT A RELIEF!
All dental procedures were fully explained to me in detail, step-by-step, to insure I understood what was going to happen and if I should expect any discomfort. I was always asked if I was in any pain before, during, and after all procedures. Dr. Sultan’s work extracting 4 teeth in just under an hour was AWESOME! He is a truly caring and experienced practitioner. I have Fibalky found my Dental Home Practice!

The people at Confident Smiles are always friendly and very helpful. They are also very knowledgeable on whatever procedure that you need. The dentist and dental assistants do everything they can to make you comfortable and as painless as possible.

Great staff dentist was phenomenal. Up until now I’ve had an aversion to dentist wish I had found a practice like this one twenty years ago. 3 teeth extracted as they were in very poor condition pain free and healed quickly.

Greatly enjoyed my experience at confident smiles and implants! Sam did a great job with my cleaning and did a great job numbing my mouth for my fillings! Dr. Sultan was kind and even was able to do an extra filling for me today instead of having to come back. Highly recommend!

The dental hygienist, dentist, and associate were all amazing! The dental X-rays were a newer technology and didn’t hurt my mouth at all. The experience was nice and my teeth felt clean leaving. I will definitely be going back.

Everything at this clinic was EXCEPTIONAL. I have been to SO many different dental clinics and this has been the best. I was finally able to find a dentist that I can actually trust, someone that really cares and genuinely provides the best options for you and not the options that bring more money! Dr. Sultan was very knowledgeable and kind. He gave me an amazing in-depth explanation of my teeth. He took all the time to provide a through explanation and answer all my questions. The hygienist, Sam, gave me the most gentle teeth cleaning. Rushing does NOT exist at this clinic as they will take all the time to make sure you are comfortable. Moreover, the clinic is high tech! They provide so many services that you usually would need to go to multiple clinics for, such as braces, treatments for gummy smiles, wisdom teeth extractions (no need for a surgeon), whitening based on your teeth sensitivity and many more. I was more than satisfied. Thank you for providing high quality care.

I had been to four dentists office in three months trying to get my implant situation sorted out. The doctor here and his staff simplified the whole thing and made me feel so comfortable. They’re the best!

I’ve been to several dental offices throughout my life and this was the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had. From hospitality, to comfort, friendliness and a welcoming environment. The hygienist was very thorough and the dentist was extremely comfortable and encouraging in regards to what I wanted to do better as far as my teeth/smile. I’m not easily impressed but I was at this office. Highly recommended.

Dr. Sultan and team are absolutely wonderful. They all work very close together which is great to see. They take the time to hear your concern and get you in as quickly as possible. Their respectful and funny which I love. I was afraid of the dentist and I have to say they’ve calmed my fear. They go the extra mile to check your insurance for you which is nice since their knowledge with the terms. They also let you know about what to expect as far as cost upfront. I highly recommend this entire team.

Had 3 cavities filled and one repair. Totally painless. And the repair looks amazing and solves a huge problem with cleaning under a ridge. Staff including Dr Sultan are so kind and caring. They all make going to the dentist a. Pleasant experience.

Dr. Sultan is a fantastic dentist. I had to have two crowns, and you can’t even tell they aren’t my real teeth. The atmosphere in his office is very friendly and he thoroughly explains what procedure he will implement. I highly recommend Dr. Sultan. I have had a problem with my tongue being irritated by sharp misaligned teeth on one side of my mouth. Dr. Sultan immediately recognized it and had me see Dr. David Ivey, an oral surgeon. Luckily, a previous biopsy showed irritation. Both doctors have been communicating by phone and Dr Sultan has been smoothing the sharp edges of the teeth. I can tell you that Dr. Sultan is a very caring dentist and was so concerned with my problem that he urged me to see Dr. Ivey ASAP. Dr. Ivey went out if his way to call Dr. Sultan to discuss treatment. I’m so thankful for Dr. Sultan’s care and concern. Drs.Sultan and Ivey go beyond their profession, they take great care as if they were taking care of a family member. I highly recommend Dr. Sultan, and Dr. Ivey.

Needed a tooth pulled and they were able to take me the same day. Everyone is very professional and kind. Explained all my options and the cost related to each option along with what my insurance would pay. They were more concerned with me versus their payment. Would highly recommend them because they are truly focused on the patient, their first priority.

The receptionist are friendly and the hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist was professional and provided great insight into what I was having problems with.
